When I met Stephanie and David, I knew that we have to, like we really must, to photograph their wedding. Not only because it’s going to be amazing – because they have so much in common with us. Stephanie loves books – like I do. There is no better excuse and joy than good book (OK with exception – cuddling with my son will be always on the first place). I have currently over 200 books on my reader and I can read like 2 books daily when on vacati0ns. We are in library once a week and I also borrow real books for me and kids. Totally addicted! David is a geeky guy who loves video games and computers – totally like my geeky husband. I have to admit – I’m sometimes geeky as well, but artist and reader mostly.
We planned a little bit of surprise for their engagement session. We wanted to incorporate a bit of lifestyle mini session into a shoot. French inspired (or Canadian French) with fresh baguette, wine, Camembert, some fruits and picnic set up. We didn’t know that Steph will have a matching dress – this only confirms how we match artistically;) It was a blast! Finding a vintage chair, playing with the garbage couch, exploring Jerry’s record store, challenged by dust tornados and mosquitos. We made it and I love results. I hope that you , too:)
We are looking forward to your wedding in September.
Love & Blessing
