Newborn photography is all about a miracles. This blond fuzz on her arm, soft skin. Tiny and wonderful girl, she will be a heart breaker. Pink tutu and creamy feathers – what better describes being a girl. I was blessed to meet her and photograph her. What a precious little person. She was a tiniest newborn I had ever a chance to photograph and probably the sweetest.

Sweet twins – Calgary Newborn Photographer

Sweet twins, I photographed them in their second week of life. Twins are amazing gift but also challenge for a photographer. When one is sleeping, other is waking up but sometimes they fell asleep together. It was first time when they had a chance to hug each other, sleeping in separate beds is lonely feeling. Two little hearts were beating fast. They where so calm and happy – back to natural position. I’m looking forward to second pair of twins this summer – two little girls.

First wedding of the year and amazing Punta Cana beach. One of the most beautiful, with white sand and perfect palm trees. exactly like from a movie Pirates of Caribbean. Kim, Mike and Sophie are sweet and genuine family and I had a privilege to capture their marriage on the beach. Lush green grounds of Paradisus Punta Cana Resort were a background of our pictures. Heather and Axel – Winter, Skates, Flames, Oilers and lot’s of LOVE

Love, winter and snowflakes. Winter engagement on the fresh snow. Calgary has a lot’s of snow, usually. This winter is completely under a “global warming” sign. We waited and waited, finally after Christmas snow showed up. Fluffy and white, dry enough to be blown and used for a fight. Heather and Axel are hockey lovers. Doesn’t matter that they cheer for two different teams. Love means speaking the same language, spark is needed. Frozen Midnapore Lake is fun attraction. We could skate around, go on the hockey rinks. Hill was almost empty, tobogganing and dashing trough the snow was a lot’s of joy. Simple, Canadian engagement session. Joyful and fabulous like my engaged couple. Their Spring wedding will happen at the Nakoda Lodge. We can’t wait! Marshmallow and Nutella were a sweet accents. We had graham cookies and produced perfect smore’s, all three of them before we got catch. If you are thinking to try some custom Marshmallow – try Mia on Etsy. Newborn Photographer – Cecilia Raquel – 7 days old

Introducing sweet new girl – Cecilia Raquel. Cecilia is only 7 days old. I photographed her at her house – always friendly and open. I had a pleasure to photograph her parents engagement session, then wedding, first pictures of her older brother, their family pictures and one this beautiful girl. I love how pink is her new room antique pink like soft roses. Newborns are sometimes fussy but not Cecilia. She was calm, sleepy and perfect – naturally born to be a super model;)

Baby Grey – 4 days old

I met Luella few years ago, during her funky and wintertime engagement session. She and John got married in Vancouver and I was really excited to meet their first baby. Grey was born just couple of days before Christmas and I came to Luella’s home and took all those natural light captures just shortly after.. Photographing newborns is a peaceful experience, I really love to do it:) Sometimes is really unpredictable – Baby Grey was happy but really awake. We worked on making him sleep and finally he did. Don’t you love how sweet he looks? We are against photographing newborns with crazy or dangerous props so like you can see – most of those photos are just soft and natural. Yes, his father is a Canucks fan and asked me to photograph Grey with his favorite jersey. Grey pissed on the jersey like real, Calgary born boy;) We will see if he is going to be a Flames fan, but I would guess – yes! Stay tuned for some more baby pictures soon. We have so many amazing pregnant brides – lot’s of new babies coming.
