Requirements  for your Banff Wedding:

Canadian Residents: You just need buy a Marriage License at http://www.banffbureau.com/

You will also need a wedding commissioner licensed in Alberta. For weddings in Golden and Emerald Lake you will need BC licensed wedding commissioner.

Two legal age witnesses are also required
